Lianyungang Yuda Food is located in Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province, which is close to the major garlic growing region, namely Shandong Province. We are in a fantastic location, about 60 kilometres from Lianyungang Port, and 300 kilometres from Qingdao Port. We have grown into one of the most select privately-owned producers of dehydrated vegetables in China, specialising in dehydrated garlic and horseradish.
We would like to introduce our special product - Agglomerated Garlic (AGG Garlic) granules - which is a unique granulation sized (40-80 mesh) no-dust, free-flowing, high bulk density garlic powder produced from the fine powder of fresh garlic. AGG Garlic is specially manufactured by using modern technology and a particular method to provide a higher bulk index range than is available from conventional dehydrated garlic. This is perfect for any application where a free-flowing high bulk index garlic flavor is needed, such as retail spice packs.
