Vertical shell-and-tube heat exchanger, with laterally or concentrically arranged centrifugal separator. Çemsan evaporators increase the dry substance of syrups up to the desired commercial levels in the market wıthout deforming the structure and quality by vacuum evaporators. It provides best product quality with high energy efficiency, simple process control and flexible operation.
