SternEnzym
has specialized in designing customer-specific enzyme systems to meet the
challenges of the food industry.
The main
applications here include bread and pastry products, sugar and specialty
sugars, a wide variety of dairy products, as well as fish and meat
applications.
Our
services extend from individual consulting to applications trials to assistance
with trials at the customer site. The deep understanding and expert use of
enzymes are core competences of the research and development of our company
group. This way, we can react to customer requests individually, expertly and
