BCFoods is a global company that offers a wide range of high quality dehydrated vegetables, spices and aromatic herbs. Our global network of production and distribution centers allows us to deliver high quality products at the most competitive prices throughout the year.
Our story began in 1978. Freeze Dried Products opened in California to sell industrial freeze-dried vegetables and fruits to the US market. As we expanded our product line to include air dried vegetables, we changed our name to FDP USA, and then to BCFoods in 2013.
Our customers are primarily in consumer packaged goods (CPG), the food and beverage industry (F&B), and the companion animal market (pet food). Throughout our years in business, we have always focused on meeting our customers’ product development needs while providing the highest level of service in the industry.
