About us

VITA NOVA was created in 2024 from the union of the co-operative groups UDM and Grap'Sud, which specialise in the extraction, enhancement and promotion of winemaking co-products. VITA NOVA is establishing itself as the leading group of vitivinicultural distilleries worldwide and is thus strengthening its positions and its attractiveness on the markets for agri-food and nutraceutical ingredients. The main ingredients on offer are, in particular, neutral vinous alcohol, natural colorants from grape skins, wine extracts, grape and olive polyphenols, and tartaric acid. The groups comprising VITA NOVA have many certifications aimed at making their ingredients more attractive.
