Product description

Hopsteiner offers a wide range of brewing products which includes alphaextract. It belongs to downstream hop products category. It is a pure, aqueous solution of the potassium salts of natural alpha acids, produced from CO2 hop extract. It provides a smooth bitterness to beer and its intensity is only 10 to 30% of the iso-alpha acids bitterness. It improves the foam enhancement of beer. It is a yellow to amber solution containing the potassium salts of hop alpha acids. Packaging: it is normally packed in 20 kg pails.
