Product description
Barley is a cereal straw, low-protein, grown for food and feed. Barley malt is widely used in breweries. Barley flour contains no or very little gluten. In gray or slightly yellow appearance, it is rich in fiber, iron, vitamin b6 and zinc source. Taste: hazelnut. Origin: France. Preservation: 12 months away from heat and moisture. Applications: in bread, mixed with wheat flour for the production of specialty breads and in biscuits. Packaging: 10 kg and 25 kg.
