We are Bioingred Tech, a Colombian startup of natural ingredients obtained throw innovative processing technologies, under a sustainability model and in partnership with Antioquia University (spin-off). We
have three main lines: Botanical Extracts, BioEmulsion® & Co-creation program
1) Botanical extracts: we create unique natural extract flavors applying
a cold infusion technique. For example, we developed a Colombian tonic
water flavor with our cinchona bark. We have spicy flavors such as ginger
(using a Colombian variety), black pepper and turmeric (from the Amazonian) and
cardamom (from our mountains), and many others.
2) BioEmulsion®: natural emulsion-type extracts obtained
from fresh fruits and oilseeds. These ingredients provide your food and
drinks: texture, flavors and fresh
fruits. Main advantages: they are microbiologically stabilized, don’t require a
cold chain, and give oily and hydrophilic nutrient...
