Black Pepper

Product description

Black pepper is a flowering vine native to present-day Kerala, a state on the southwestern coast of India. It is cultivated in tropical regions.

Black pepper is made by grinding peppercorns, which are dried berries from the vine Piper nigrum. It has been deemed the « King of spices » and used in ancient Ayurvedic pharmacopoeia for years due to its high concentration of piperin, a beneficial plant compounds for digestive health and joint & bone health.
