Blueberry juice concentrate, 65 brix, filtered and pasteurized (organic & conventional)

The blueberry juice concentrate is prepared from depectinized and filtered juice obtained from sound, mature blueberries. The juice is then concentrated under low temperature and pressure and the essence fraction is returned. No artificial ingredients added.The process is in compliance with the standards of the law on food and Canadian and American drugs as well as with the good practices of manufacturing (21 CFR § 110). The product is poured in a sealed polyethylene/polypropylene bag, which is approved for direct contact with food, inside a metal/plastic drum. The label mentions the following information: product name, product code, ingredients, net weight, best before date, Kosher logo, manufacturer address and country of origin. Appearance: blue viscous liquid.
