Breko is a leading supplier of wines, spirits, food and health ingredients, as well as raw materials for cosmetics, and has successfully repositioned itself in recent years in the area of dietary supplements. The focus is on the highest quality, sustainability and transparency along the entire supply chain. As a distributor, Breko chooses its partners carefully to ensure that they share the same values and passion for sustainability and quality. Where available, we focus on organic ingredients with a European origin. 98% of our portfolio is harvested and produced in Europe. We work closely with well-known manufacturers to offer a wide range of products for the food and beverage industry, as well as for dietary supplements, functional foods and cosmetics. For more than 20 years Breko has specialised in high quality polyphenol extracts for the health ingredient sector. The portfolio includes a variety of products, including polyphenol-rich wine, grape and olive extracts from our French partner GRAP’SUD. Veri-te™ resveratrol, produced by yeast fermentation and supported by several human studies, completes the range of polyphenol extracts. In addition, Breko offers innovative products such as VinoFit+®, a formulated ingredient made from red wine polyphenols and resveratrol, which represents the health benefits of red wine without alcohol. New to our portfolio are high quality berry, chaga and pine bark extracts from our Finnish partner EEVIA HEALTH OYJ. For nutraceutical applications, we offer the water-soluble fibre Fibersol®-2, the ideal partner for polyphenol-enriched beverage solutions.
