We develop, design, manufacture and deliver complete fruit juice plants (reception areas, grinders & crushers, presses, extractors, filtration plants and evaporators), as well as beer filtration systems, vacuum & freeze dryers and sludge presses.
Bucher Unipektin is your beverage technology partner and supplier for solid-liquid separation, filtration, juice treatment and concentrate production of fruit juices.
Whether single units or complete lines, our beverage technologies are mainly used for the production of fruit juices and purées, as well as for beer filtration. We also offer solutions for vegetable and citrus juices and flavours, and plant extract recovery for the pharmaceutical industry.
Other business areas we specialise in are the design and construction of industrial vacuum and freeze dryers (lyophilisation), which are used for the production of instant-soups and beverages, as well as other applications. And environmental technology, where we achieve successful results in sewage sludge and industrial sludge dewatering, plus the solid-liquid separation of drinking water treatment plants.
