Our latest venture, Caremoli Gluten Free, offers consumers a wide range of gluten-free and lactose-free mixes and ready-to-eat products.

Our state-of-the-art R&D lab and experienced technical experts enable us to drive innovation and develop products that meet the ever-changing needs of the food industry.
In Italy, our production plant has a blending capacity of 15,000 tons equipped with a UV air filtering system throughout the entire production in order to control and maintain air quality, spray dry and roller dry technologies, full scale production of food creams, and automized packaging options.
In India, our fully automized plant has 6,000 tons capacity for the production of guar gum powder equipped with internal labs and quality control.
All of our production sites are held to the
highest levels of quality and are fully certified.
To ensure prompt inventory
on the floor for quick deliveries of all our high-quality ingredients and
solutions, we maintain 14 warehouses and 2 modern production facilities.
Our
products are then distributed around the world in Europe, North America, the
Middle East, and Asia.
