Company description
Established in 1920, Cesarin Spa operates in agro-food industry, with focus on candied fruits and semi-finished fruit preparations up to vegetables. Special attention on innovation permitted to create a new processing of fruits called Low Water Activity stabilisation and this know-how was applied to vegetables too. We are well introduced in several market segments like ingredients supply for ice cream, confectionery, bakery, chocolate industries but also for gastronomy sauces and more. Our experience permitted to cope with a rapidly evolving market and to reach highest production standards in our facility but also to meet highest quality standards of our customers.
