We launched the world’s first certified organic and fair trade chocolate onto the market back in 1996.

In our finest organic chocolate, we only use the best organically cultivated and fairly traded ingredients. We only source natural raw materials and do not use soya lecithin or artificial additives, choosing instead to replace the former with cocoa butter. This ensures that our chocolate is non-GMO and stands out for its delicious flavour. Our quality chocolate exclusively contains SYRAMENA® cane sugar and SUCANAT® whole cane sugar instead of white sugar. The recipes are enriched with genuine Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar. The exquisite creations are traditionally conched for up to 72 hours, giving the chocolate its smooth texture and full flavour.

All our chocolate bars and truffles are made in Switzerland and organic and Fairtrade certified.
