Product description

Coated Cracriz cereals are produced by extrusion cooking of a recipe based on cereals. It is categorised under crunchy and light ingredients. It is then coated with chocolate or caramel. The regular pellet size and the smooth surface finish facilitate quality coating and allow reduction of the quantity of coating chocolate. It can be incorporated into desserts, as ice cream or yogurt topping, or into muesli. Coating protects the cereal nucleus.It can remain crunchy in moist environments such as, for instance, pancakes fillings.
