As a full-service contract manufacturer for food supplements, we also offer the special process of film coating for tablets, hard capsules and soft capsules. The aesthetic and functional coating not only makes the capsules look good. The polymer layers help, for example, to make swallowing more comfortable, to protect the contents or to control the release of the active ingredient. Individual coating for your individual product: Determining the appropriate processes and coating materials requires a great deal of practical experience and intuition. It is not for nothing that one speaks of the "art of coating", which applies analogously to the complex coating process. In a technical center there is the possibility to develop the right process and the optimal process conditions. We will be happy to advise you and help you with our know-how and many years of experience.
