Every morning, the farmers climb coconut trees to harvest the precious sap that will then be cooked for several hours and finally finely shifted. Their ancestral technique transforms the sap into a crystalline sugar with an exquisite taste. Our 100% natural, regeneratively cultivated, and unrefined organic coconut sugar is certified organic by the EU, USDA-NOP, and JAS.
