Sweet Dairy Whey is a light-colored powder. It is manufactured from fresh sweet dairy whey under controlled processing conditions. Sweet Dairy Whey may be used to replace part of the sugar in recipes and tenderize in baked goods. It imparts a slightly sweet flavor, and provides an excellent source of protein.
