It has characteristics such as fine milk caramel flavor for individual requirements, gentle production process for flavor stability, composition of ingredients and structure according to individual customer requirements, enhanced processing, instant quality, easy handling (e.g. compounds / blends ready to use). It is used in confectionary applications (for all chocolate products), bakery industry application (e.g. for florentine, nut wedges, vital biscuits) and applications for fruit and malt beverages
