DuyGrain® is an innovative upcycled food ingredient range. The first DuyGrain® products are obtained from Brewers' Spent Grains (BSG). BSG is a co-product of the beer brewery industry. After mashing, the BSG is separated from the wort in the brewery. BSG mainly consists of the outside and protein parts of the barley.

DuyGrain® is a a plant-based ingredient that brings both proteins and fibres to the table while considerably lowering your products’ carbon footprint.
