The company produces the innovative, world wide unique breadcrumbs made from vegetables and not bread! The crumbs are vegan, allergy free, gluten free and without any additives. They can be tailor-made of nearly any vegetable or herb and show the colours of the natural raw material. Ebbe & Food GmbH serves the international food industry like meat processors, fish industry, bakery or the fine food industry and the B2C market. 
The company produces/sells a wide range of mixes and functional ingredients, mainly with a focus on coatings and breading systems (e.g. Veggie Crumbz, cornflakes, crisps, batters, flours and powders).
