LACTOSE – edible grade, is a spray dried product obtained from fresh whey, containing by weight 99% or more lactose, expressed as anhydrous lactose, calculated on the dry matter. It is nearly clear and colourless in 10 % solution. The product packing is done in multiply paper bags with poly inner liner of 25.0 kg net. Contact us for more information.
