We are specialised in research, development, blending and marketing for the wheat-flour-bread-morning goods sector: flour correctors – quality; bread improvers – softness, crustiness, texture, flavour, etc.; premix speciality breads/morning goods – bread with cereals, seeds, taste, colour, etc.; technological and customising ingredients – gluten, enzymes, roasted cereals flours, devitalised sourdoughs, wheat germs, fibres, vitamins.
The firm now operates twelve local subsidiaries around the world.
EUROGERM produces dough
conditioners, bread mixes, creative solutions and ingredients for bakery-viennoiserie-pastry
applications (clean label, free-from, nutritional…). With our standardized or
customized solutions which meet consumers requirements, our customers benefit
from Eurogerm’s expertise in softness, crunchiness, taste, texture,
preservation with guarantees of quality, consistency, safety and traceability (FSSC
22000 standard).
