Eurovanille grows their industry portfolio

Eurovanille is pleased to inform you of its enlarging product industry portfolio through the acquisition of the VANIFOLIA® range of products, formerly developed by Solvay group for the food sector industry.

This first acquisition delivers the important synergies and global ambitions we were looking for in our vanilla business. It will allow Eurovanille to expand its portfolio of flavors and customers and add key technologies to strengthen its offering.

The formulated product line based on Solvay's natural vanillin has been fully divested to Eurovanille to strengthen their food formulations business; Solvay focuses on Vanifolia's base ingredient, Rhovanil Natural CW.
