Tara Gum is a hydrocolloid and a food ingredient used as a stabilizer, thickener and emulsifier in dairy, bakery, meat and other food applications. Tara Gum is the best replacer of LBG and a partial replacer of Carrageenan, Xanthan Gum among other food gums.
