ExtraCell NutriStar ZAN is a delicious protein-rich condiment enriched with carrots. Inactive yeast is also called nutritional yeast, as it is a natural source of complete vegan protein, fiber, and B vitamins. The product consists only of two safe and label-friendly ingredients, making the ingredient declarations simple.

ExtraCell NutriStar ZAN is manufactured on basis of primary grown baker’s yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Yeast cell culture is inactivated at high temperatures, thus losing its fermentation ability while keeping most micronutrients in the form most available for human digestion. Natural plant material is added in the production process.
