Faba Canada has
developed a game changing technology for plant-based protein extraction,
hitting near isolate levels using a dry technology. We have also developed an
extremely effective deflavouring technology that eliminates unpleasant
aftertaste that is present in most plant-based proteins. Faba Canada uses
a low vicine/convicine variety of faba beans that is completely safe for human
consumption. All the technologies are without the use of chemicals and
are environmentally friendly.
Our product has excellent
functionalities in use with beverages, meat alternatives, fitness
supplements, pasta and baked goods. Faba Canada also produces a
35% + protein gluten free flour.
