Company description
Founded in 2000 by Jean-Philippe Mouthoy, its current manager, Fabster is based in Angerville, 70 km south of Paris. It creates and manufactures flavors for the food industry.
It has 200 clients in some forty countries and maintains long-term relationships with them.
Fabster employs around twenty people and achieved annual revenue of €6 million in 2019, with average growth of more than 10% for five years. It devotes more than 7% of its turnover to R&D, to create new food flavorings and
expand its flavor library. It produces all of its flavors itself in an industrial unit of 3,000 m2.
Fabster is ISO 22000 certified and produces certified organic (Ecocert) and kosher flavors.
