Fat Powders 25% - 80%

The fat powders are made on a basis of dairy and/or vegetable components. By adjusting the proportions of the different ingredients to the specific application they can supply optimal products in order to lower the cost price. Varieties such as fat powder 80% (palm oil or coconut oil on a carrier of glucose in combination with milk proteins), fat powders 50% - 60% (palm oil or coconut oil on a carrier of milk or whey) and cream powder 42% - 75% (low or high free fat content) are also available. Applications: bakery mixes, ice cream mixes, soups and sauces and vending.
