NatureSeal a division of Mantrose Agricoat allows processors in the frozen produce industry to capture and retain the "picked at the peak of ripeness" quality that comes from farm fresh produce. Its new range of formulations capture the taste, texture, appearance and nutritional value of freshly picked fruit when treated then frozen. Lock in the naturally occurring sugars and nutrition without adding syrups or sodium. Once thawed, fresh-cut frozen fruit treated with NatureSeal will hold for several hours at ambient temperature and up to several days refrigerated. The perfect solution for frozen pie applications, pastries, fruit tarts or blended/topped in dairy and frozen dessert (smoothie) items.
