Freshbak, a part of Bakioglu Holding, is the first Freeze Dried Food Producer and has the biggest drying capacity in Turkey. We produce freeze dried food products in a process starting from the field to the end, as bulk for industry and packed for retail at the BRCGS A Grade certified plant in the center of 7 core values, “Sustainability, Perfection, Responsibility, Honesty, Ambition, Innovation and Social Responsibility”.
Along with our regular products, by providing application know-how, we are open for projects for both industry and retail. We offer innovative solutions that can satisfy our partners’ necessities at the best.
Depends on the product, whole, slices, dices, pieces, powder and granule forms of Strawberry, Fig, Mushroom, Banana, Apple, Blackberry, Raspberry, Lime, Lemon, Orange, Pomegranate, Blueberry, Pineapple, Corn and Peas are the regular products we produce.
