Product description

HFCS is a natural sweetener, obtained by hydrolysis and isomerization of corn starch, using non-GMO Hungarian corn. For its high calorie content and easy application, it is the most suitable sweetener to replace sugar in many food formulations. HFCS are water-like, sweet tasting, transparent liquids, which are convenient to use as food ingredients. Several varieties are manufactured, for instance F55, F42 and various syrup blends in accordance with costumer needs.

Consistency: transparent to light yellow (honey-like), slightly viscous liquids

Applications: beverages (soft drinks, juices, energy drinks, fruit wines & syrups), jams, dairy products and fruit preparations
