We have our own industrial mill and mixing facility where we produce gluten free flours and baking mixes. Both product categories are available in conventioal or organic quality. Please ask for the possibilities and tailor made recipes. Baking mixes assortment varies from sweet baking mixes, savoury baking mixes to bread mixes.
