H&S Group has established a robust wholesale, distribution, and online network, positioning itself as one of Australia’s largest local and export wholesalers for infant formula, vitamins and supplements, skincare, and personal care products. Our extensive reach extends to China, Hong Kong, Macau, Vietnam, and Southeast Asia.

Our organization is divided into three key business divisions: H&S ANZ, H&S HK, and H&S Southeast Asia.

H&S ANZ: Launched in 2009, H&S ANZ began as an export and wholesale business, growing to become a key distributor for popular ANZ brands both locally and through cross-border e-commerce (CBEC), including Aptamil, Karicare, A2, Bellamy’s Organic, Swisse, Blackmores, and Life Space, among others.

H&S HK: Operates over 70 Cross Border E-Commerce stores across major platforms in China, including Tmall, JD, VIP, Kaola, Taobao, and Pinduoduo.

H&S Southeast Asia: Since 2012, H&S Southeast Asia has built a comprehensive distribution network in Vietnam, leveraging both online and offline channels through strategic partners like TRAN GIA, THASCO, and GIGO, becoming a key distributor for renowned brands from ANZ, the UK, and the US such as S26, Heinz, Brauer, Blackmores, Life Space, Femfresh, Batiste, Thursday Plantation, and Thompson.

In 2019, H&S Brand Corp was established, encompassing several vital departments including Manufacturing, Research and Development, Supply Chain, and Brand & Marketing. We have developed and continue to expand our brand portfolio across multiple categories, including dairy, health supplements, mother & baby, pet care, skincare, and personal care.
