of the United Nations (UN) and World Trade Organization (WTO). Together with
its partners, ITC's mission is to enable small businesses in developing and
transition-economy countries to succeed by providing sustainable and inclusive
development solutions to the private sector, trade support institutions, and
policymakers.
ARISE
Plus Philippines is a project of the Government of the Philippines, with the
Department of Trade and Industry as the lead partner together with the
Department of Agriculture, Food and Drug Administration, Bureau of Customs, the
Department of Science and Technology, as well as the private sector. It is
funded by the EU with the ITC as the technical agency for the project.
ITC
supports Philippine MSMEs active in the Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO), coconut
flour, and other processed coconut products sectors by helping them build
market linkages in the regional and international markets.
ITC,
in partnership with DTI, supports Philippines coconut exporters to exhibit at
flagship international trade fairs and B2B events. Selected SMEs are trained

the events, in the areas of trade fair participation, export readiness,
