Under the title 'Recognising excellence in food ingredients', the Innovation awards are presented annually to new products with high added value for the food industry. Our Koopmans Clean Label Bind-it has been selected for this! The finale is on Tuesday 3 December at the Food Ingredients fair in Paris.

The dough can easily be stored for a longer period of time (e.g. during production stops) because the texture of the dough remains very stable. Molded products are easy to transport over the lines and the products do not stick together. The products can be chopped and breaded without any problems and after (pre)baking or cooking the binding in the end product remains excellent. Another advantage is that Koopmans Bind-it is very robust and can be used for different recipes and substrates.
It is therefore not necessary to have many different binders in stock. The only variable is the dosage that depends on the type of substrate and the amount of free water in the substrate.
