High quality lactose powder prepared using Finnish milk.

Ingredients: cheese whey (milk, rennet) by using ultrafiltration, evaporation, crystallisation and drying. 


Chemical and physical spesifications: lactose monohydrate 99,4% / protein < 0,2% / moisture max < 0,1% / minerals < 0,3% / pH 6,0-6,8 / bulk density 0,7-0,75 kg/l / energy 1660 kJ/100g
Appearance: Color pale yeallow
Texture: Easy flowing powder, absence of lumps, low hydroscopicity, good absorption and adsorption of flavours.
Flavour: Slightly sweet, low sweetness level.
Packaging: 1000 kg or 25 kg.

Storage conditions: Cool and dry, properly sealed and closed package. 
Shelf life: Minimum 24 months if kept under prescripted conditions.
