Lantmännen
Biorefineries develops and markets oat and wheat ingredients for food,
beverages, food supplements, and cosmetic manufacturers. Our extensive range
includes gluten, starch, gluten-free starch, oat protein, oat beta-glucan, oat
groats and beverage alcohol. These ingredients play a key role in creating
innovative and healthy foods that meet customer needs and expectations.
Our unique oat
ingredients include oat beta-glucan, a water-soluble fibre with EFSA- and FDA-approved
health benefits that can also be used as a texturizer, and oat protein, a
plant-based protein that helps manufacturers meet the fast-growing consumer
demand for nutritious, protein-enriched foods and supplements, all while
maintaining a clean label. WE also offer oat groats. The heat-treated oat
kernels can serve as a foundational raw material for various end products.
Our wheat ingredients
are ideal for various applications. Lantmännen’s gluten-free wheat starch is
perfect for gluten-free baking and cooking. Our high-quality gluten can be used
in various food applications, ensuring consistency and elasticity. Lastly, our
food and beverage alcohol has a gentle and pure character suitable for aquavit,
gin and other spirits.
