Lecithin

Lecithin is emulsifier of natural origin, which consist of a complex of phospho- and glycolipids. Lecithin owes its unique properties to the high concentration of phospholipids. This component is used in the creation of biologically active additives, medicines, various animal feeds and even in cosmetology. But most of all lecithins are common in the food industry, which is explained by the wide range of its use.
