Malt extract is rich of maltose, glucose, fructose, small molecule peptide, various vitamins and microelements, with pure, rich and pleasant malt flavor and good processing characteristics. All the stuffs meet with the green food standard, so malt extract is natural, safe and healthy food. Application: can be applied in dairy, soybean products, bakery, cold food, beverage, health food, leisure food and culture medium. Appearance: light yellow to brown powder or scrap, no obvious impurity. Taste: sweet with typical malt taste, no peculiar smell. Packing: 20/25kg or per bag. Storage: store in dry & sheltered warehouse with good ventilation away from strong odors and direct sunlight. Shelf life: 24 months in original and unopened packaging.
