We are a leading manufacturer of packaging, PET preforms and closures with a European reach for cosmetics, household chemicals, food products, pharmaceuticals and dietary supplements.
We have over 27 years of experience and many prestigious awards to our credit, including Business Gazelles 2018, FORBES Monthly Diamonds 2018, Polish Economy Diamonds and 1st place in the Forbes Family Companies ranking 2019.
At Masterchem Logoplaste, we use the latest technologies and IT solutions to ensure that the products we offer are of the highest quality. We have the first machines in Europe for the production of PET packaging, Nissei ASB machines with a deep grip and for forming PP bottles using the injection blow molding method. Specialized packaging for thick-walled cosmetics, the so-called GLASSPET, is produced only by a few plants in Europe, including Masterchem Logoplaste. In 2016, we expanded our operations to include a closure production department with 20 modern Engel machines, including two-color closure injection machines, which puts us at the global technological forefront.
Experience and a modern technology park allow us to maintain high quality standards. We have implemented three quality management systems: ISO 9001:2015, for food products ISO 15593:2010 and ISO 15378:2015 for pharmaceutical products, which standardize all quality processes. The company can also boast of meeting the requirements of the SMETA 6.0 ethical standards in the four-pillar version for the entire company.
For many years, we have been working to implement ecological solutions in production processes, offering our clients certified regranulate for the production of PET packaging. It is made from plastic derived from post-production waste. Packaging made of this material is an ideal alternative for companies that pursue pro-ecological policies and engage in the processes of reprocessing waste materials.
