Taiyo’s matcha powder is prepared from high quality fresh matcha leaves by a unique processing technology in order to obtain a very fine powder while maintaining the original color and taste of the matcha leaf. Thus Taiyo can supply a quality green tea powder at a reasonable cost for industrial use. Traditional Matcha is ground slowly by a stone mill in order to avoid friction and heat which can cause the deterioration of its color and flavor.
