Product description

Maxx PE is a clean label methyl cellulose made from an upcycled natural raw material. Maxx PE has been designed by industry experts to mimic the qualities of methyl cellulose in plant-based formulas. It allows formulators to remove methyl-cellulose from the formula without losing functionality. It can be solubilised in tap water and doesn't require a resting step leading to processing improvements.
