Melkweg provides high-quality milk proteins for industrial uses, which are made by extracting the lactose from the skimmed milk in order to create a milk powder that has a high concentration of proteins. Milk Protein Concentrate 85% is a soluble milk protein concentrate resulting from ultra filtration and drying of skimmed milk. Its color is white to light cream and clean, bland in flavour and odour.
