Description


Silybum marianum (L.) Gaertn.) is an annual or biennial herb in the Asteraceae family, up to 1.2 m tall. It is distributed in Europe, the Mediterranean region, North Africa and central Asia.
This species of achenes is used in medicine, bitter and cool in nature, has the effect of clearing heat, detoxifying and protecting liver and gallbladder.
Milk Thistle Extract is made from the dried fruit of Silymarin Silybum marianum G., with 90% of total silymarin.

Direct scavenging of reactive oxygen species, on hanging lipid peroxidation and maintaining the fluidity of cell membranes;

3 Antitumor effect
