Company description
For almost 100 years we've been milling high quality ingredients for major food production companies throughout the world: following the seeds right through the entire supply chain, developing projects and products to meet the needs of our clients, and offering innovative flours that transform recipes into fragrant masterpieces.
Our flours are fully certified and satisfy the requirements of the most demanding dietary and nutritional needs of consumers: we produce flours that are gluten free, soya free, lactose free, GMO free and free from allergens, as well as flours designed to meet vegetarian and vegan dietary needs.
Over the years we've developed over 200 different recipes for our clients, and within our mills we work with over 44 different base ingredients using 6 different process technologies to supply 80,000 tonnes of products per year.
Our products are used to make pasta, bread, breakfast products, sauces, beers, baked products, snacks and baby food.
