For nearly 20 years N. LEKOS SA caters successfully the dairy, meat and bakery food
industry with speciality blends.We provide
premium quality blends and ingredients, together with added value services such
as new product development, on-site technical support and innovative solutions
for the food industry.
Our food technologists team
is highly experienced and fully committed to addressing new challenges, by
creating new products and/or improving existing ones, while controlling
production cost.
All our blends are tested
in our in-house pilot plants before market launch. We are also in position to
conduct specifically designed trials and pilot runs at the clients’ premises.
Our dairy protein range (RILEPROT) enriches the fresh milk protein content, resulting to increased yield and better mouthfeel in all dairy products (ie. yellow cheese, white cheese in brine, yoghurt).
Our meat products stabilizers without phosphates (NP) extend our innovative product portfolio, giving excellent taste and texture in all types of meat and poultry...
