Sourced in Asia and northern Europe, nettle is a herbaceous perennial flowering plant from Urticaceae family.

Often hated because of its stinging trichomes (plant hairs) that cause a rash that is painful on contact, its leaves offer multiple health benefits.

Nettle leaves are also commonly in nutricosmetics for skin imperfections and benefits on scalp hair.
