Siveele B.V. provides wide range of natural antimicrobials which includes Niseen-S. It belongs to Niseen - Nisin category. It is a natural protective ingredient consists of several closely related polypeptides used to prevent spoilage and extend shelf life of various foods by inhibiting gram-positive spoilage and pathogens. It is used as natural antimicrobial preservative, against gram-positive bacteria. Appearance: White to creamy crystalline powder. Storage: Product should be stored in cool (<20°C) and dry conditions (<65% RH). Shelf life: 24 months from date of production. Package: 10 kg per carton / 20 x 500 gram jars.
